Family

Ivano manages the premises and strives to care for and satisfy his clients’ every request. His wife, Carmen, runs the kitchen and prepares the menu every day with her staff, based on the specialities of the season. Pietro, the eldest son, follows in his parents footsteps and is gathering various types of cooking experience as he prepares himself to one day run the kitchen. The younger son, Nicola, has followed a literary path but lends a hand in the summer months.
